LEAP has also provided comprehensive, workforce internship training and support for those seeking entry and certification for registered behavior technicians. Leaping beyond the industry standard 40-hour training, LEAP interns receive a minimum of 60 - 90 hours of training in compassionate, trauma-responsive, and culturally-safe therapeutic supports.
